We are having an Indian fusion wedding. We are hoping to have a plated dinner with Indian food incorporated, but are open to buffet if we really like the venue. 50-60 people. Our budget is $25k for venue + catering, up to $30k could be possible. We would prefer an all inclusive venue in city or within ~1 hour driving distance of Boston. This is proving to be difficult! We would like to do some American and Indian food. We are perfectly happy to do American dinner with just snacks/hors d'oeuvres from Indian caterer, but venues we’ve liked won’t allow outside caterer. We are also happy to do Indian plated dinner with some American snacks/hors d'oeuvres.
Two venues considering:
Sapphire Estate: I like it and it has an Indian buffet option, but I would prefer plated dinner. No option for just Indian snacks/hors d'oeuvres.
Avenir - part of Saphire group, same as above.
Any experience or advice?
