I read this in middle school around 2017. I remember the main girl attending underground punk shows, she had a fairy friend with blonde spiky hair, and her mother was missing. There was also a boy with shaggy dark hair working for her grandfather. I'm pretty sure the book was a dark fantasy / coming of age story. Please help!
