Why can’t I find a doctor who will take me seriously?

I posted here last week because I’d been having chest pain and didn’t know what to do to get it checked.
I went to the ER and they did and EKG and blood work and said I wasn’t having a heart attack and they had apparently ruled out a blood clot in my lungs with an X-ray.
I followed up with my pcp as recommended by the ER- I saw him today and because I have blunt force trauma to my chest (untreated might I add) from domestic abuse it means that my developed chest pain over the past two years has been from “anxiety” and was also informed that only a ct scan can rule out a blood clot- why did the ER tell me they ruled it out when they didn’t perform a test to rule it out?
I know anxiety and ptsd can manifest in physical ways but I’m never experiencing the chest pain during times of anxiety or panic attacks. I’ve done well the past few years with managing my anxiety and panic attacks and am happy to say I maintain a very positive attitude and have gone from daily panic attack to maybe one a month.

I’m at a loss on how to get the help I need to figure out what’s actually going on- my body is trying to tell me what’s wrong and I can’t seem to get any help

I would like to mention I’ve only had male doctors check on me and I’m not sure if that’s what’s causing my pain and worsening symptoms to go unchecked.

Are there any key words I should be using or things I should be excluded so I’m not being written off as someone who’s just “anxious”

Update: I’d like to add that the ER medical records show my left and right ventriculars being enlarged but nothing further describing what that could mean
