Hi there, I have a client who wears depends and frequently urinates herself but she does change her depends frequently. Her house has an overwhelming smell of old urine. I have started treating her clothes and linens with a vinegar pretreatment because I noticed all washing snelled of urine after laundering. I see a big improvement in the linen smell but the apartment is still so smelly. It clings to my clothes. Any suggestions?
