Spare Parts and Support Problem for Snapmaker 2.0 A350
Dear Snapmaker Support Team,
I own a Snapmaker 2.0 Modular 3-in-1 3D Printer A350. Unfortunately, I am currently facing serious problems with spare parts and long-term product support.
I need a replacement Hot End Kit for this device, but I cannot find it in Turkey. In addition, the board/module that drives the motor on the left Z-axis appears to be faulty, and I cannot find this part either.
This is a very disappointing situation for a product that was marketed as a modular and premium 3-in-1 machine. The device is not a cheap consumer product, and users naturally expect spare parts and technical support to remain available for a reasonable period of time.
My questions are:
- Is the Snapmaker 2.0 A350 still officially supported?
- Where can I buy the Hot End Kit for this model?
- Where can I buy the left Z-axis motor driver board/module?
- If these parts are no longer available, what official solution do you offer to existing customers?
- What is the expected service life and spare-part support period for Snapmaker 2.0 series products?
It is very concerning if users are expected to buy a completely new machine just because spare parts for a previous premium model are difficult or impossible to obtain. This creates serious doubts about long-term product reliability and customer support.
I kindly ask you to provide a clear and official response, including direct purchase links or authorized service/supplier information for the required parts.
If this issue cannot be resolved, I will have to share my experience publicly on social media and user forums so that other customers can be aware of the spare-part and support risks before purchasing.
