I'm an 1835 and realized it's not for me. Closest unit is far, wife hates my doing it, not happy in the program, have done a lot of thinking about it. About to hit year 2, ODS soon.

Is there a way out without this blowing up in my face? I know I signed up for 3 years minimum, but it's not likely that I'll be qualified by then anyways, so I'd be saving everyone some time and money. What do you guys think? How long does leaving take? Do I go IRR or am booted altogether? I'll stick it out if there are negative consequences, but I probably won't be a great team member and don't want to bring things down
