Disney Orlando Fears

Hi, our kids our 4 & 7. My wife & I went to Disney for our honeymoon & loved it. We would have loved to take you our kids when they were really young but couldn’t afford it due to some major medical bills in the past. Our finances are better now & last year we took our kids for the first time. We went with my wife’s family & the cousins who are really close with our kids. Half way thru the trip our daughter (& then our son) came down with hand foot & mouth. Not sure if it was from rental stroller or just bad luck, apparently it was really bad in Florida last year, the urgent care said every kid was getting it. We missed half of what we had planned. Also I came down with covid on the drive back. This year my wife’s family convinced us to go back this year for two days at Disney & two days at Universal. I’m excited bc I haven’t seen universal since I graduated high school but I’m also terrified to death of us getting sick again. It was hard to convince my boss to let me off two weeks in a row so I can’t get sick & miss a 3rd week. Anyone else get really sick from trip to Orlando and afraid to go back? Any thoughts to overcome it?
