Went for a 3hour road trip to go swap out my interior to leather as you can see on my profile, and when I came back, my car wasn’t blowing hot air, no A/C either.

My first thoughts were;

Did I disconnect something from the climate control when I was working underneath the glovebox (I removed everything in the car including the “carpet”.

The car had multiple improvisations done, including an aftermarket alarm that had a bunch of random cables throughout the engine bay and underneath the glovebox compartment

Did the long road trip kill my final stage resistor?

I disconnected the car from the battery and then removed the resistor with the hope that it might reset it and get it going again, but no luck with that.

Any advice?

I just bought some OEM facelift tail lights, the tail lights I have on right now are some aftermarket LED’s, I don’t mind the look of them but somehow water gets inside everytime I wash the car, so I want to swap them for the OEM’s.

I have a little bit of electrical experience, how would I go about identifying which wire is what? Thanks

My 520d has grey cloth interior, I hate it to be honest, I really want to switch it out for a full black leather interior.

I’ve found someone selling the whole interior off an exclusive. 450 euros for the floor carpet, center console, door trim panels, nappa leather seats, dashboard part where your knees go, the trims on the door skirts, basically everything that you see in the interior except the headliner. My car has a sunroof, and this guy is asking like 250euros just for the headliner since they’re more rare. I thought that I could buy the material and just re-upholster the headliner myself.

What do you guys think, good deal? (Also, I’m driving 3 hours to meet this guy, and he said he’d help me swap out every part inside the car for free).
