Have you ever applied for a position at Baylor college of medicine?
How was your experience?

I had a phone interview with aba then was scheduled an in person interview the week after. Before in person interview two days, they changed it into virtual interview ( google meet). The interview was on last Thursday, it went well but they said I will know results in 24-48 hrs. Is it normal or is it a sign that they will not hire me ?
