Never got called for telephone appointment
Hi everyone.
I'm a bit lost at what's happened. I was supposed to have a telephone appointment today with Capita at 10:30am and I never received the call. I phoned Capita up and they told me the assessor left no notes so they had no explanation to why I didn't get called. They told me to phone in 24 hours.
It's fair to say i'm beyond stressed. I prepared myself for this (I have adhd/autism/cptsd/anxiety and severe depression) for weeks and now I don't even have an explanation to what happened. I'd have least expected to be told what the problem was i.e. a tech issue or that they ran over from the last assessment.
I did include a lot of evidence with my application plus quite a lot of detail to how I struggle.
Does anyone have any idea what's maybe happened and if this is a bad sign? I've been on edge all day :(
