Can I use general cutoff for 20 percentile ?
Ok so I have doubt, can I avail the general cutoff for top 20 percentile since I was able to cross is but not the obc one, but I am a obc-ncl candidate, if so will I be considered a general candidate in josaa counseling. Please someone clear my doubt
