In order to lose weight you need to maintain defecit. Everybody knows it.
Thus people try to avoid eating after 6pm, don't eat on weekends and other crazy solutions.
The reality is that you can eat any time you want, just the food that you body needs.
Ramp up your protein consumption up to 1.5-2g of protein per kg of weight and you will eat less carbs, snack less and have higher deficit without feeling hunger.
I've lost 5kg of body fat in 6 weeks with this method.
