Looking for experiences on night nurse/baby nurse. Any downsides?

My husband and I are seriously considering getting a night nurse for our first baby due this fall and we’re feeling pretty confident it’s the right decision for us...but we want to make sure we’re going into it with our eyes fully open.

I’ve seen a lot of positive experiences shared, but I’m specifically curious if anyone here has had a negative experience or ended up regretting it for any reason. Not necessarily horror stories, but even just things you wish you had known beforehand, unexpected downsides, or anything that didn’t go as planned.

We don’t have many friends who’ve done it, so would appreciate any advice—good or bad! TIA!
