I bought my son a Fitz16 for Xmas and he didnt get to ride it all winter. Now its spring and he took it out a few times and the throttle sticks. It makes it hard for him to ride. Gotrax is telling me to pay them $100 for shipping to get it repaired. $100 is like 20% of the original price and to have to pay that to repair a barely used bike is absurd and theyre not budging on this policy.

I cant find the part online. Does anyone have any solutions?

This was his big Xmas gift and now he cant use it. Im really regretting this purchase.
