My dsp has it out for me
I’ve been working at my dsp for a few months now, this being ny second time delivering for Amazon. I don’t know what it is or if im really the only one going through it but I had issues with several vans; i had one w a flat tire to the GROUND and they told me it wasnt flat and just put air in it…. I drove for 3 hours before it was flat again(told me i was lying about the flat) fast forward a week… got the same van again w an even flatter tire. Another time i got a phone that was completely shattered and didnt work, dispatch then gave me 3 more broken phones when i complained. This last time, i went into work and when i get there they say im extra and that theres 5 routes left and there are 8 of us left. The routes dont go out for another 2.5hrs. I leave and theyre mad that i didnt stay at the station to help others with their loadout… Theres definitely more that im missing just to save some reading. I do get tha i was “scheduled” and left but they genuinely don’t need me in this instance. Idk i wanna see if i can switch dsps or something
