I filed my parents’ petition concurrently for almost a year now.
They went to biometrics already, and their work permit has not been approved yet.

I petitioned my parents for Adjustment of Status (AOS), and it’s been almost a year but still, no updates.
They already completed their medical exam and biometrics, but after that, there has been no progress.
We’re also waiting for their EAD, but there’s still no update.
Is this normal? What do we need to do? How long did it take in your case?
