Welcome to Denver! Your Furniture Still Has One More Mountain to Climb 😂

At some point we all look around the house and think:

“Yeah… I should probably do something about that broken treadmill.” 😂

Hey I’m a local Army veteran running a small hauling/junk removal side business with my pickup truck around Denver/Aurora. Lately I’ve been helping people clear out stuff that’s too heavy, awkward, or just been sitting there way longer than anyone wants to admit 😅

I help with things like:

Furniture haul-offs

Broken treadmills/workout equipment

Garage cleanouts

Yard debris/tree branches

Move-out junk

Marketplace pickups/deliveries

Dump runs

Nothing fancy just a local guy with a truck trying to help people out without charging crazy corporate prices. I try to keep things fair, show up when I say I will, and usually can do same-day or next-day depending on schedule.

And honestly… if your spouse keeps giving “the look” every time they walk past that pile in the garage, this may be your sign 😂

Feel free to shoot me a message anytime 👍

I’ve been looking into the different ways people get rid of furniture and random junk around Denver, and honestly the pricing is all over the place.

From what I’ve seen so far, Renting a dumpster can run a few hundred depending on size, the dump itself charges (last I checked it’s not super cheap for bulky stuff like couches/mattresses) and Big companies charge convenience pricing, which adds up fast

What seems to work best for most people is Posting items for free first (Facebook Marketplace / Craigslist), Breaking down what you can to save space, and doing one full load instead of multiple trips.

I’ve also noticed a lot of people underestimate how much time/loading is involved, especially with stairs or heavier stuff.

Curious what everyone else here has found — what’s been the cheapest or easiest way you’ve gotten rid of stuff locally?
