I recently got a ticket for a rolling stop in the Lake Highlands area. I want to keep the ticket off my record and don't want my insurance rates to go up. Could somebody advise me on how to handle this? This is my first traffic violation in almost 20 years. I need to respond to the ticket by Friday night.
