Orderly Meds + FSA/HSA documentation issues
Just wanted to give a heads up to anyone planning to use FSA/HSA funds with Orderly Meds…
My medication itself arrived fine, but getting the actual FSA-compliant receipts/LMN documentation afterward has been a huge headache. I was originally told it would take 24–48 hours, but it’s now been weeks of back-and-forth with customer service and I still don’t have the proper paperwork needed for reimbursement.
And to clarify… this isn’t my FSA being overly picky. The issue is that I still have not been provided an actual FSA-compliant itemized receipt/documentation despite repeatedly requesting it.
Honestly, customer service has felt almost non-existent anytime there’s an actual issue. I mostly just keep receiving the same generic responses saying the “medical team” is working on it.
I’ve also found older posts from other people describing similar issues, so I just wanted to give others a heads up if you’re planning to rely on FSA/HSA funds with them. Personally, based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend it.
