I saw a video where a woman with albinism was explaining that she will never get grey hair because when people get older their hair follicles stop producing melanin causing grey hair.

Why does this only happen in our hair and not our skin? or our eyes? Do we get grey spots that just aren’t noticeable? (or maybe I just don’t know about them?)
