Any trick for loud banda and norteno?
So, I'm in Arizona and in my comllex we have a revolving door of this. It's always someone who likes Banda/Norteno as well as base heavy club music. We had one dude just last year doing it close to me. He was like 5'2 and would throw his door open with aportable speaker andnwould play it so loud I could make out the lyrics and hear the base...across from him with multiple fans on. This guy had a victim complex while arguing with his neighbors and ignoring every warning from police and management, AND his neighbors. The kicker being he had a wife, a toddler, and a new born. He would rattle his own walls constantly with a baby in there. This is not an exaggeration.
I had a neighbor to my left then, where these present ones are now that was mostly quiet but would selectively blast when this other dude blasted. They moved out, early year these dudes moved in. Same. Damn.thing.
They ignored every warning and didnt even sliiiightly lower volume unto they god a cure or quit. Still played loud and used every excuse they could. Up to and including a newborn as if the baby needs that volume or that managements demand was a circonstantial ask.Ignored more Coes while I was talking with management trying to find a way to not boot them and still have my peace. Hate the deed not the doer sort of deal. They have 2 kids in a studio (coincidently like the last coup who were evicted). Kids need stability and I really tried and expressed that to management. Issue is, like the last guy, this seems to be an ingrained habbit where they either don't care or legitimately cannot control themselves from being loud. As that is how the music is 'meant' to be experienced. Personally, I just don't like being woken up to trumpet
Even now the dude is going, post eviction notice, as if these things are just events randomly happening that he ha and his wife have no control over. There is this sheer refusal to use headphones or earbuds. Like, I get it, you like it loud. I'm a metal head, I like loud too, but I use ear buds because I know not everyone likes power metal.
Is there a means to stop this repeating issue? I am hearing trumpets as I type this.
