I made an account in 2023 u/AlexCiezak but when i try to login (using google) to it, it shows an error "Incorrect username or password.", on mobile app (android)is the same thing but with error "invalid credentials".
its been like this since around middle of 2024.
i contacted reddit support in 2024 but the only thing they only sent me articles links.
i think i created the account using google but I dont get reset password emails.
Is there any way to recover the account?
Any help would be great thanks.

EDIT:I tried linking the google account to another reddit account and it shows "This account is already linked to another Reddit account"

I have a feeling like its gonna be the same situation with Steam Frame like it was with Steam Controller on launch, since Steam Frame is gonna high demand at launch and scalpers will for sure target it.

Valve/Steam need to add some limit for each address or something for IP address but that could get bypassed easily with a free VPN.

if they do a limit per account a scalper can just make a new account just to buy more, and since you can make many steam accounts per one email they will not even have to get more emails for this.

Sadly people buy overpriced products from scalpers but for that Valve/Steam cannot do nothing

Scalpers are a known problem for years with some examples like with PS5 or RTX 30 series cards

What do you guys think Valve should do for this?
