I don’t know if it’s a coincidence, but I noticed that gay men around me are more likely to be polyglots or better at learning foreign languages than straight men. They also sound smarter or more sophisticated when they speak. I know that women are generally better at learning languages than men. Is this somehow related or is it just a coincidence?
