APRIL THC LAWS
I am an Oklahoma Medical patient planning a trip to Panama City Beach
i am curious if THCA is: AVAILABLE in Panama City Beach or surrounding areas
as a daily user I am only interested in THCA
I dont want synthetics like THCP or delta 8/10 products
I am aware that out of state medical cards are NOT ACCEPTED at florida dispensaries; I am seeking a legal available and safe alternative within florida that won't get me arrested
I am also curious about consumption: as I will be staying with family I will have a place to smoke it at their house but can I be arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION at st Andrew's state park etc for being under the influence of THC A products
Is it safe and legal to enjoy outside where cigarettes are permitted in this state?
I am very very scared of prison and dont want any legal problems on my vacation please advise on what you know thank you so much
