Good morning! Found this pup in the photos on elm Street this morning tied to the staircase of my friend's apartment complex. The pupper is currently at Mohawk Humane Society. They are going to keep him for five days before he gets put up for adoption. Just wanted to get the word out on him. He is super friendly!

UPDATE: Footage was brought forth from the building manager. The dog was in fact abandoned. We don't know if there is a chance the dog was stolen. If anyone knows anything, please contact Mohawk Humane Society.
