I've been looking for this scene for over a decade and I'm just admitting I'll never get it. Please help me. It's a scene with two guys and one of them is trying to elicit a bribe so he rubs his fingers together on one hand and the other guy doesn't understand and starts doing the same thing but with both hands. Please please help.
