In addition to the floor plan, the only real caveats are that a ‘great room’ setup needs to occasionally function as a space for entertaining visitors and if a bedroom setup would be ideal it would need to double as a guest room on occasion. Any thoughts on how to approach layout also much appreciated.

For a touch of additional context- This will likely be a fairly gradual build out and im starting with a pair of Polk ES10s that I currently own.
