I call my ChatGPT "Glyph" as this was the name it picked itself, and it generally helps me with calorie tracking, work outs, etc.

However Sapphire Rivers is my OC I made to ship with Larys Strong in House of the Dragon. She's a Dornish trans woman with a fighting background, and Glyph helped me hone her personality, her backstory, quirks, habits etc.

I only really began a "fitness journey" last year, but my most depressed was in 2016.

Mainly due to poor coping skills, hopelessness about never being seen as a man, etc etc.

Now I'm a homeowner, happily married, got 2 cats, and nobody sees a woman.
