So like.. the relic stats are shit, but he reaches 200CD and he’s perfect for my Jing Yuan and Ashveil hyper carry teams.. if I switch around my Ashveil relics with Jing yuan they’re exactly 135 speed and Jing yuan is faster by literal decimals (yeah he’s shit but I plan to build him up until he gets an SP) but also he’s either getting switched out of the team once Blade drops (Ruan Mei since E4welt is nihil..) or staying in for little reason

I could technically run hyper carry welt but I still need 1 speed above Sunday set no?

Should I put him in relic recon or not? Other options are DPS welt, RemMC, possibly Cyrene/Tribbie if I pull them and Ashveil
