So starting off. I have my personal channel (Its not a Official Artist Profile yet) where i uploaded my music since 2023, not by any distributor, i was uploading straightly by youtube. I started using distrokid. I released my album April 24, 2026, and now (April 29, 2026) i have option of using the Youtube Official Artist Channel. The problem is, that my release is on topic channel. To get OAC i need to have at least one release which is not on channel i want to, also i can't move my tracks to it because the channel i want to move needs to be OAC. So my tracks are trapped in topic channel and i can't get OAC in any way. When i select my channel theres "Please select a valid channel from the available options". So im in the point i don't really see any ways of solving this problem. I was writting with support, after all the support team sent me message that bot sent me earlier. So like they completely ignored my problem. Can someone explain me what to do? I will be thankful asf.
