I’ve Been working at a heating and air company for about almost 3 month started in February(I’m green) I’ve only done 15 jobs it’s now May. I understand HVAC is slow during the spring but now it’s been about a week since I’ve worked. I keep getting told when it gets hot business is gonna be booming but suns out still no work. Should I start looking else where cuz I don’t think I can handle another week of not working especially at a full time job. Even if summers around the corner what about the fall and winter. This ain’t a mom and pop shop either it’s an actual company. Just need some advice
