so i have a 10 minute presentation in school in 3 days and im so scared. my presentation is about the mcu, not that it really matters. i have practiced it thoroughly in my room like 10 times and im still so scared. in my class there is about 15 people and i kinda have social anxiety. do you guys have any advice on how to relax about it and also during the presentation be chill and not panic?
