I have Etihad flights in June-July.

Etihad customer service advised due to a major flight change I can now select new flights (I can even change flights on my ticket that haven't changed at no cost) or get a full refund. I am undecided whether I want a refund as I hope things have calmed down and I feel more confident to travel.

They said I can decide up to 24 hours before my outbound flight. There is no time limit to decide. Just ignore the email and do not confirm the flight change until you decide what you want to do.

That seems more generous than I expected. Has that been others' experience?
