How do I stop doing accidental double kick?
I’m somewhat of a beginner. I learned by playing heel up and burying the beater. I used slide and heel toe technique to get double kicks. But now I want to venture out and learn how to play without burying the beater using constant release/ankle for double kick which I’m able to do.
The issue is single kick. My hip flexors are getting fatigued and after kick down and let it rebound, it comes back and does this tiny little hit when I relax my leg. I have to use my hip flexors and other muscles to prevent this. Is this how it’s supposed to be? Do I just not have the muscles built up to play this way yet?
