Is it just me or is the Bronx getting way more expensive lately?
I don’t know if I just wasn’t paying attention before but it feels like rents and even basic apartments in the Bronx have gone up a lot recently and not always with better conditions to match. I’ve been browsing listings and even checking a few addresses on streetsmart and some of the prices don’t really line up with what you’d expect. Has anyone else noticed this or am I just late to it?
