Hello guys

I was trying to pay my starlink bill for long time but always getting -payment was declined- last week i tried more than 20 times to pay the bill by diffrent credit and depit cards but always getting this i have heard that i got red flag or something like that and i dont know why.. i mean i was trying to pay by my own cards and by my friend's cards but same always rejecting.. i wish if it had google pay or apple pay or something can do the payment much easier.. so what is the solution to solve this problem
