4 days in…it’s kinda getting fun!

I’m finally getting into that groove! The first three days were horribleee, but the longer I go with this fast, the more “unstoppable” I feel, if that makes sense? I really hope I can make it through the 300 hours that I’d want to reach, that’d be a dream for me…but all in all, for right now, I’m actually happy and having fun!

I dunno if feeling ecstatic during a fast is a normal thing, but it’s how I feel right now ! 😁

excited but nervous 😭😭

this is my first time fasting for this long in over a year!!! I mean I regularly do intermittent fasting and sometimes fast for a few days (1-2) at a time .🥹 however I’m really, really stupid with how I do it and don’t really take the measures to make the fast as safe as I should 😭. My record was 11 days but that was pretty supervised and I was doing it with other people who knew what they were doing so I kinda followed what they did . But this was so long ago that I barely even remember how I freaking did it!!

For people who do these long kind of fasts, what kinda things do you do to make sure that you’re doing okay and healthy ?! I’m nervous as heck since it’s 300 HOURS but I know I can do it!! I just don’t wanna end up hurting myself! Let me know!

I also walk an average of 30-35k steps a day, (walking is my main hobby and helps me self regulate) so I was wondering how much should I cut down my step count, if at all?!

😁
