Cabin Crew Feedback question

I was on a busy completely full economy flight the other day and yet the crew on this flight still really stood out despite all the pressure they were under - for example, I was served towards the back of the plane, the meal I wanted to have had run out in her cart, but instead of telling me sorry I only I have the other one, she said let me ask my colleague on the other aisle ok, so she stopped the trolley, walked away, came back and voila, I got the meal I wanted! It was busy and she didn’t have to do that but she did.

There just so happened to be a purple uniform crew in the back, which I knew to be the manager, towards the end of the flight and I let her know I appreciated the junior crews actions. She was delighted and said “please send in the positive feedback on the website, I tell you a little secret, when you send in feedback, whether if good or bad, it will go on that crews employee file forever. And when a crew is applying for promotion, they will always look at the employee file. The good feedback really helps them, any bad feedback well let’s not discuss that 🥲”

My questions are:

  1. Is doing the after-flight survey you get in your email enough to achieve the same result or do I specifically have to do the online feedback?
  2. Can crew on a future flight see on their iPads that you’ve submitted (positive) feedback in the past? Not important just curious

Decided to go and try a new dish from Book Cook and I have to say it did not disappoint at all. Picture quality was not great as the cabin lights were still kept dim for the breakfast service before landing.

They give you three small waffles heated up to be warm and crunchy. They had a nice flavour by themselves but also have to praise the warm berry coulis and the mascarpone cream - both of these complemented the waffle really nicely, and it was a good thing I took the photo at the start as the cream was already melting on top of the hot waffle. The waffle itself was toasted heated to perfection.

This is definitely a solid breakfast choice to pick if you have a sweet tooth like me, and I wanted to get into the mood of starting my Belgian adventure with a local dish.

I liked it so much the next morning I even had to go and have another plate of waffles a few days later in Antwerp with as close as possible toppings for breakfast. I will attach a picture as a comment as it only lets me upload 1 picture max to OP, if you feel like comparing an on-the-ground dish with SQ’s version. This was very similar, just a different type of waffle and standard whipped cream instead of Mascarpone, but was also served warm and very similar berry coulis as well.

Would get this again for sure, although these waffles are easily found in Brussels, the same cannot be said for Singapore.
