My 10mo old baby developed some pretty serious nummular eczema when he was 4 months. I took him to a pediatric derm, and started his treatment.

Now I, at 35, have developed eczema on my hands. It's on the top, thumb side, both hands.

Doc says it's not contagious and you're born with it. If so then how can I develop it for the first time in 35 years???

Am I crazy? Has anyone else "caught" eczema after consistently touching someone else's eczema??
