Layover + Hotel Accommodation

Hello! i have a 16 hr layover in Istanbul soon. I heard that I’m eligible to get a hotel accommodation. Is that something that I do at the airport or is it something that I can do through the website / by calling the airline?

So we have a flight that leaves at 5:55 pm. We’re taking the train from Granada at 1:50 pm and we get to the Maria Zambrano station at 3:24 pm. How do we go from there to the AGP airport? should we take a train or are we risking missing our flight since it might be long? Is uber a better option?

or do you recommend we take an Alsa bus at 1 pm from Granada that goes directly to the airport?

so we’re planning on doing a day trip to Cordoba from Seville. How many hours do you recommend we stay there?

i found trains that leave from Seville in the morning: 8:03 ($24) 8:32 ($54) 9:34 ($45) and 9:55 ($24)

i was thinking of taking 9:55 am one cause its cheapest but is that too late. and I was thinking we leave Cordoba around 8 pm. I appreciate any advice since this is our first time going and we wanted to know what to do and how long to stay there. if you have suggestions on a good itinerary for the day i’d also love that. i know that dinners are usually around 9 in Spain. so do you recommend we stay in Cordoba for that or do we head back earlier to Seville

thank you!!

!TW! macro #s are included

I finally got my period after 20 months of losing it and 6.5 months of recovery. I would say that adding fats, eating A LOT + relaxing is what helped especially the last 2 months when i was about to give up. i’m very thankful that I got it back. I truly struggled with trusting the process and with accepting my body since I havent been to the gym in 9 months but I was sobbing (happy tears) when it came

One problem is i lost all my self confidence. i dont socialize anymore. I hung out with friends like 3 times since january. I work in healthcare so I’m usually in scrubs and now 90% of my actual clothes dont fit me. especially now that summer is coming up, none of my shorts/pants fit at all and my tops dont look flattering anymore. very tight and uncomfortable. i hate looking at myself in pics too. during recovery I have been eating at least 200g of carbs. 120g fat. And almost 120g protein. I am also almost overweight (thanks to my dr who i told not to show my weight eventually put it on top of the paper at the end lol). I know that eating less and losing weight will do nothing but make me lose my period again but did anyone manage to slowly lose some weight? I wanna go back to the gym to slowly lift again. i definitely learned that fuel pre and post workout is important now. but how do i start my fitness journey again safely and any tips on improving myself confidence?☹️

I’ve been in recovery for ~6.5 months now. I lost my period oct 2024. i havent weighed myself in 2 months probably. I’ve been eating so much. ~2500 cals daily at least. Following the diet plan that i had when i worked with my dietitian to recover my period and heal my eating disorder. Havent been to the gym in almost 9 months. I felt defeated so I finally got a check up with a new doctor. I told her assistant i didnt wanna see my weight. she was sweet about it and didnt tell me. i spoke to the dr and it felt like she was saying I’m dramatic and that “losing a period is no big deal and an easy fix” Then I told her how i didnt wanna know my current weight and that I dropped down to an underweight bmi at some point and told her how much it was and she immediately looked at my current weight and chuckled saying “oh you dont have to worry about weight part now you gained a significant amount“ then she said something along the lines of “you dont look like you have any eating disorder now that you weigh that much” and “we’re all stressed arent we” and immediately prescribed me some Provera for 10 days and said it’ll fix it all. She also told me that not asking to see my weight is funny since it’ll be on my chart anyway. and it was in my papers that i recieved along with my bloodwork order. i’m not gonna say the number but i have never weighed that much in my life. i’m almost overweight and I still have no period. i dont even wanna take the provera anymore. i just feel like giving up. i know i sound insane but sometimes i feel like maybe i am the exception and i gained all this weight for nothing. i haven't socialized in months and i wanna cancel my summer trips because I feel so down and lost all my confidence. i feel like its so unfair that I spent so much $$$ on dietitians and vitamins and food and stopped lifting only to end up like this. i feel defeated. i cant talk to anyone about it cause no one understands me. I really feel like just eating less again at least i’ll look and feel better. any advice :(
