I want to decide if it's better to be on a higher dose with side effects (emotional numbing, poor sleep quality, urinating a lot, etc.) or a lower dose without side effects but feeling less regulated. 

As time passes, do the effects get stronger or weaker on a stable dose? 

Does the numbing side effect go away? It appeared after 3 weeks on a stable dose which tells me this is a feature, not a bug. More regulated = less range of emotions.
