I own a brewery and we use a bulk co2 system for operations and draft. We're building another location that is more of a tavern/taproom with no brewery equipment. I'm less familiar with bar draught co2 systems. I'm wondering who uses bulk, who uses cylinders, and what everyone prefers for ease/price.
