My spouse sponsored me to canada he was Canadian citizen we hot married in our home country rukhsati (cultural thing ) was supposed to happen later after our education was completed as we both were 18 years old at the time of our nikkah (marriage)
Everything was perfect felt like a dream soon i got my PR approved i went to canada things between us started to struggle because of family interference i got really sick in all this and had to return back to my country my parents were really worried just after 26 days of landing in canada later i started to get threats if i tried to enter canada i will get arrested or idk whatever we have made complaints against u in ircc/embassy ur PR is revoked anyways i wanted to make things better i went to canada but this time to my uncle place in different province of canada nothing happened i was thinking things will get better one day i received divorce papers from them its been 6 months i am in canada waiting for ircc to contact me and get my side story before revoking PR or whatever was there in those complaints i dont know i am really worried i have to leave canada as i am only daughter of my parents and i have to continue my studies in my home country and then i want to return back to canada , email we used for applying my spousal sponsorship application is under my husband and he did all paper work i dont know anything , how will ircc contact me in my absence from canada to know my side story its really stressful
Can they revoke my PR in my absence because of his complaints he claimed i married him just for PR which is a total lie
