Hello again, So for a while now I've been feeling some kind of boney growth on my right groin. It kind of feels blocked each time I press on it, then I rotate inwards. It's like a catching feeling, sometimes it doesn't fully catch.

I'm just wondering does anyone have this on there groin? It's quite big compared to my left hip, like I have a labral tear on the right but Im not sure if it's a cam or pincer.

Hey, So I've been suffering from hip pain since I was 14. I used to be extremely active id play soccer and also run. 4 years later I still have the same pain now I don't think I have bilateral FAI even though my left hip hurts a lot sometimes I think it's just compensating for my right hip that has a slight cam lesion I think, I can feel a boney growth or whatever.

Anyways my point is Last year I Fractured my Tibial plateau and I'm just wondering was it because of my hips? My mobility in my hips aren't good at all so I assume they can't act as good shock absorbers anymore, I was playing a soccer match. Unfortunately the the opposition Keeper dismantled my knee I assume it was a valgus stress because I strained my MCL to.

Because of this I get frequent calf pain to but my left hip is just so painful, I've done a bit of PT but man it's just not fun, I'm not sure what to do to be honest. Or even convey this.
