The Bowlbug (Rock)'s effect says that if its attacks are fully blocked, it becomes Stunned. I had the opportunity to reduce its attack to 0 (Transfigure -> Enfeebling Touch), and I guessed that if I did so, it would be stunned, even with 0 Block.

After all, if it threatens 15 damage and you have 15 block, it'll be stunned. If it threatens 11 damage and you have 11 block, it'll be stunned. I figured, if it threatens 0 damage and you have 0 block, it should be stunned. That seems to me to be the most consistent.

But no, it is not so. If it attacks for 0 and you have 0 block, it will not be stunned.
