.75 FTE (off Wednesday, 1/2 day Tuesday). Base $202,500 guaranteed for two years. $46 per wRVU after 4402. Quality bonus estimates around $30,000 annually and apparently everyone hits them. Sign on $22,500 and paid annually for 3 years in lieu of student loan repayment. CME $2300 (pro-rated) but there is also a separate fund for technology and AAFP, etc.

Call is 1:5 but it is texting/ voice transcription to pt and automatically charted. Apparently the volume ranges from 0-5 per week. No nurse triage but the fact that it is just text messaging from my end is a positive.

30 days off annually including holidays.
