A few years back I came across this old Japanese movie that had a guy in a Godzilla suit in the background. The movie was not about Godzilla, nor did it acknowledge him but it treated him like any ordinary background character. He showed up in like 3 scenes but that's all I remember about the movie. If anyone has a guess, I'll gladly appreciate it!
