If you reached your goal weight, when did you start to transition to maintenance? While finding the right maintenance dose, did you lose a little more, gain a little more, maintain pretty easily right away?

I'm at a point where I could maybe lose 5 lbs more, or stay where I am, and I'm wondering if I should start titrating down now in case the loss doesn't stop right away. Or wait to lose a little more with the idea that I'll probably gain a bit as I start eating at maintenance. I'm still losing about 1 lb/week.

I'm guessing it may not matter much in the long run, but curious what people did and how it worked out.

F47 5'7" CW 155 (HW 225). Would like to ultimately maintain in the 150-155ish range. Bloodwork looks good, lost 11" off my waist, PCP is supportive, and my new size 8-10 clothes fit pretty well. I'm not a fan of how my lower abdomen looks but I'm a mother of four and it would take surgery to get it to the way I actually want it.
