I had chronic plantar fasciitis for six years now. I stopped running several years ago, but I worry the damage is permanent now. I saw so many different podiatrists and physical therapists, and they were sadly pretty useless and just rushed through appointments. I wish I didn’t tough out pain because the body isn’t as resilient as people say
