It's my boyfriend's vehicle, but I thought that was kind of strange that they have the healdlights out of the truck to replace the front bumper.

Don't ANYONE come to these jackwagon places. They will arrange to repair your vehicle, give you a day to bring it in, then after getting the vehicle partially disassembled, they will inform you that they can't get your parts for 2 weeks, and then if you try to remove the vehicle to have it fixed elsewhere in a more timely fashion (and YES... pay them for their time spent thus far), they will just hold it hostage, and refuse to release it to you until the repairs are complete. Do you think it's reasonable for people to be without transportation for over 2 weeks over a BUMPER? all because you are either too stupid, or lazy, to check if the parts you've estimated are available from your supplier? I was able to find the needed parts the SAME DAY. This is what happened to my boyfriend, don't make the same mistake. Use a reputable, indpendently owned shop.
